If you are not satisfied with a Wisdom Panel™ product you purchased from Wisdompanel.com or one of our authorized sellers, you may request a refund or replacement product. This Product Promise is limited to the original, end-user purchaser and applicable only in the United States. Please note that this Product Promise applies to Wisdom Panel products themselves, and not laboratory results or other ancillary services. We are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Wisdom Panel 60-Day Product Promise is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
How To Claim The Product Promise
To make a claim under the Product Promise, please contact the authorized seller from whom you purchased the product. If you are unable to return your product to that seller, to submit a Product Promise request to Wisdom Panel please call one of our customer service experts at 855-619-1884 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday 7am – 4pm PST.
You must submit your Product Promise request within 60 days of the date of purchase. Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase.
Product Promise Guidelines
Wisdom Panel reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Product Promise requests at its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if a customer has abused the Wisdom Panel 60-Day Product Promise.
