Orphan Kitten Club

Meet our partner, Orphan Kitten Club

Our partner for Adopt a Shelter Cat Month knows that every cat, no matter how small, deserves a shot at life. Orphan Kitten Club is dedicated to providing life-saving programs to the youngest, most vulnerable kittens.

Meet some Mightycats

You already know kittens are adorable. But are you aware how tough and resilient they are? With support from Orphan Kitten Club, these kittens are overcoming a difficult start and headed for a hopeful future. To aid the effort, Wisdom Panel did DNA testing so their future families will have the information they need to help these cats thrive.
A black cat named Treble

Meet Treble

Treble was born with a cleft palate, leaving him unable to eat on his own. With help from specialized feeding protocols and a Mightycat grant, Treble grew strong enough for surgery. Now, he eats independently and continues to gain strength at Lawrence Humane Society while he waits for his forever home.

A grey kitten named Jack

Meet Jack

Little Jack was placed on a euthanasia list at just 6.5 weeks old due to health condition that impacted his ability to pass stool. With help from a Mightycat grant, Yolo County SPCA took on his medical challenges and Jack is well on his way to a happy, healthy life with a future (and very lucky) family.

A black kitten named Baby Corn

Meet Baby Corn

Getting neonatal kittens the nutrition they need is tough. Baby Corn is staying nourished thanks to a formula grant from Orphan Kitten Club. He is also getting diagnostics to determine if he has congenital hypothyroidism. The goal? Growing into a healthy, strong kitten that is ready for adoption.
