Wiley

Wiley is now 90 pounds at a proper weight. He is big shouldered, very strong, very active. He loves to run, hunt, and track. He is an alpha male. When playing he shows herding instincts and will run right at you and veer away at the last second. He is friendly with strangers if we are present, but can intimidate people who know him from entering property without us. We picked him up as a stray in a farming/forest area. Because of this and his hunting instinct, we treat him as a runner and will not allow him off leash out of the yard. He is also a loveable lap dog and is willing to let us share our couch with him.

Wiley's ancestry contains an intermediate amount of Australian Shepherd and Chow Chow and also includes a minor amount of American Staffordshire Terrier and Boxer
